ABOUT REF BOOKING
Built for the People Who Make the Game Possible
Every successful sporting event depends on more than athletes and coaches. It requires qualified officials who understand the game, maintain control, promote sportsmanship, protect player safety, and help create a fair and competitive environment.
Ref Booking was created by actual referees to make the process of connecting officials with the organizations much easier. We provide a technology-driven platform where schools, cities, leagues, clubs, travel programs, tournament operators, and other sports organizations can manage their officiating needs while referees can find opportunities, maintain their credentials, and continue developing their skills.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to modernize the way sports organizations find, schedule, train, and manage officials. We want to make Ref Booking a one-stop-shop.
Traditional referee scheduling can involve countless phone calls, emails, text messages, spreadsheets, and last-minute searches for available officials. Ref Booking brings these activities together into one organized platform designed specifically for sports.
The result is a smarter connection between the people organizing the game and the officials who make it possible.
DEVELOPING THE NEXT GENERATION OF OFFICIATING
One of our most important goals is expanding the officiating community. Sports continue to grow, and that growth creates an increasing need for knowledgeable, dependable, well-trained referees and officials. Ref Booking is designed to make officiating more accessible to people who want to get involved—including former athletes, coaches, college students, adults, retirees, and anyone with a passion for sports.
By combining game opportunities with online education and professional development, we want to create a pathway that helps new officials get started while giving experienced referees additional opportunities to stay active and advance.
SUPPORTING SPORTS AT EVERY LEVEL
Wherever there’s a game, there should be a simple way to find the right officials. From a youth soccer match on Saturday morning to a competitive travel tournament, high school basketball game, city flag football league, or regional baseball event, officials play an essential role. That’s why Ref Booking is being built to serve sports at multiple levels and across multiple disciplines.
Youth. Recreational. Competitive. Travel. School. Club. Municipal. Tournament.
TECHNOLOGY SERVING SPORTS
Ref Booking combines the convenience of modern technology with the traditions that make sports special.
Our goal is not to complicate officiating with more technology. It’s to use technology to make the process simpler, faster, more transparent, and better organized for everyone. We believe sports organizations should be able to spend less time searching for referees.
We also believe officials should have greater access to games and training. And we firmly believe athletes deserve qualified officials when it’s time to compete. Ref Booking connects organizations, officials, training, and opportunities—all in one place.
“THE FUTURE OF SPORTS OFFICIATING STARTS HERE” at Ref Booking (RefBooking.com).
